Some of the ads are true but mostly they are merely propaganda or worse, precursors to a full on selling campaign for weight loss pills or exercise equipment. Either way, it is difficult to discern which the real healthy diets are and which are not.
If you want to be sure with the diet you are going to use, the best course of action is to consult a dietitian and ask for a certain diet that will work best for you, all factors considered. You may also opt to create your own healthy diets, with the proper amount of research of course. Making your own diet plan will allow you to tailor fit your needs to your personal taste and making sure that you will be able to stick to the regimen.
